Fred Piercy, President and General Manager of R&B Plastics Machinery, joined the company in 2014. Prior to his current role with R&B, Fred spent 21 years in the Plastics Packaging industry where he held various roles in management, sales, engineering, and manufacturing for Amcor, Schmalbach Lubecca, and Johnson Controls. His past success in commercial and operations management has given him strong capabilities in team building, commercial account management, financial management, problem solving, engineering project management, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.

Fred’s extensive knowledge of Blow Molding and Extrusion Machinery and processes coupled with his prior experience from the customer perspective gives him a unique insight into the needs of our customers, the market overall, and the growth potential for R&B as a leader in the Plastics Machinery Industry.

Ken Caryl has a tenure of 36 years with R&B Plastics Machinery and currently serves as Sales Manager for New Machinery Sales; a role he has held for over 13 years. He originally joined the company in 1988 and spent his first 10 years as a Mechanical Engineer designing custom machinery solutions for our customers. Ken then joined the sales department and has had multiple roles with increasing responsibility including Customer Service, Service Manager, and eventually Sales Manager.

Ken’s career with R&B has afforded him the complete understanding of all types of Blow Molding and Extrusion Machinery from design, assembly, installation, and repair. His expertise in all aspects of the sales and production process makes him a true professional in helping our customers achieve solutions for their most basic to most complex Plastics Machinery needs.

Rob Caryl currently serves as the Purchasing Manager for R&B Plastics Machinery. Rob has held various positions of increasing responsibility within the company since he joined R&B in 2013 including machine assembly and service, Customer Service Representative, Sales & Service Coordinator, and Manager of R&B’s Injection Molding Production and EBM Bottle Sampling Programs.

Rob’s technical knowledge of plastics machinery, strong ERP understanding, and professionalism makes him a skilled resource for both our internal and external customers and vendors. In his Purchasing role, Rob’s focus is improving our overall Supply Chain infrastructure and visibility of critical parts to meet the needs of our customers.

Rob recently earned his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Washtenaw Community College and will continue to be a valued part of our company’s growth and success.

Jacqueline has served as the Corporate Controller for R&B Plastics Machinery since 2016 and is responsible for the management of the daily accounting and finance activities, financial reporting, month-end closing, standard cost analysis, financial forecasting & budgeting, treasury function, internal audits, tax reporting, and ERP system maintenance for the company.

With over 28 years of experience working for diverse, multi-national corporations, Jacqueline brings a wealth of financial experience and knowledge to the R&B management team. She has previously worked for Siemens Communication, Siemens VDO Automotive, Siemens Yazaki, Hyundai/Kia Automotive, and Mastronardi Produce (Canada). She has also served as Chief Financial Consultant to EunaCon Group (Shanghai, China) and Capsonic Automotive and Aerospace (US & Mexico).

Jacqueline holds a BA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.

Dave Corson is the Director of Sales and Marketing for R&B Plastics Machinery. He has held this role for the last 14 years and is responsible for directing all sales and marketing functions for new Blow Molding and Extrusion Machinery. He successfully leads a team of sales professionals to maintain and grow our customer base; diligently pushing to find custom and economical solutions for our valued customers.

Dave first joined R&B in 1993 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility including Service Coordinator, Service Manager, Inside Sales, and Sales Manager. His tenure at R&B has given him not only an abundance of technical knowledge of Blow Molding and Extrusion Machinery, but also a full understanding of the machine building process from idea conception to machine completion and beyond. His dedication to our customers’ needs results in long term partnerships that are the foundation of our business.

Dave obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ferris State University in 1993.

Dave Kohler serves as the Service and Aftermarket Sales Manager at R&B Plastics Machinery and has held this position for the last 17 years. Dave is a committed and strong leader of all service personnel and manages the sales process for machine improvement, repair, and upgrades.

Dave’s career at R&B originally began with R&B Machine Tool in 1979 when he first started in the wood pattern shop. Over his tenure, he has held many different positions including hydraulics & pneumatics assembly, mechanical machine assembly, Service Technician, Plant Foreman, and Plant Manager. His knowledge of plastic machinery building and repair is unparalleled and Dave has played an integral part of R&B’s success and growth over the years. With his strong technical knowledge, he is able to successfully manage a customer service team that can provide solutions to our customers quickly and efficiently. Dave also serves as Project Manager for the more detailed Custom Machinery projects we do for our customers.

With R&B Plastics Machinery for almost 38 years, Jake currently serves as Manager of Electrical Engineering, a position he has held for over 26 years with the company. He is responsible for the design of the electrical schematics and controls programming for our machinery business and has been a driving force in our success as a leader in the Plastics Machinery Industry.

Jake originally joined the company as an Electrical Engineer after his education at Washtenaw Community College in 1987. Today, he leads a successful team of highly skilled Engineers in the development of our electrical solutions. Jake’s extensive background in electrical controls and programming as well as his attention to every detail makes him one of the industry’s leading experts in Blow Molding Machinery and Machine Tool Controls.

With over 23 years of Business Administration and Development experience, Kelly currently serves as the Human Resources Manager and Office Manager for R&B Plastics Machinery, LLC. Since joining the company in 2017, she is responsible for directing the company’s benefit portfolio, staff recruitment, performance management, and office operations.

Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Michigan State University in 1992 while serving in administration for a growing company in the Construction Supply Industry. She then worked in Sales and Business Development for several organizations including over 10 years in the Global Logistics Industry.

Kelly is also tasked with the execution of special projects supporting the Core Values of R&B Plastics Machinery and our “Focused on Customers, Driven by Excellence” initiative.

Jesse Wiebusch currently serves as the Plant Manager for R&B Plastics Machinery, officially being promoted to this role in early 2023 after his predecessor’s retirement. He has spent his career at R&B, originally joining in 1990 as a machinist. He progressed to a machine builder both in house and at customer facilities specializing in mechanical assembly while learning many other facets of job and facility management. His professionalism and dedication to his team and the company has allowed him to make a smooth and successful transition to Plant Manager.

Today, Jesse is responsible for the day-to-day operations involving machine assembly, rebuild, and runoff in our Saline, MI plant. Leading our highly skilled teams of electricians, mechanical & hydraulic machine assemblers, and machine processors, Wiebusch’s vast hands-on experience allows him to provide efficiency and quality to the process in order to meet our customers’ needs. Jesse also oversees building maintenance, R&B’s Shipping & Receiving and Paint departments, as well as ensuring the safety of our valued employees. His dedication and long-term commitment to excellence has made him an integral part of the success of the company.

With over 42 years of tenure at R&B Plastics Machinery, Larry currently serves as Director of Mechanical Engineering for the company. In this role, he is responsible for leading the mechanical design of our Blow Molding and Extrusion Machinery business. Under Larry’s leadership and with his continual strive for design excellence, R&B has continued to provide world class innovative and technical solutions to the everchanging global needs of our customers.

Larry first joined R&B Machine Tool Company in 1981 on the plant floor for a short time and was then brought on as an Engineer after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in 1982. He has held various roles over his career at R&B including 4 years as VP of Plastics and several engineering roles with increasing responsibilities.
