Employees Recognized for Dedication, Long-Tenure and Commitment

R&B Holdings LLC recently recognized 27 employees with 20-plus years of service with R&B Plastics Machinery and/or Monroe Mold, its sister company.
“Since the moment I arrived at R&B Holdings, I have been very impressed with the employment longevity and experience of our employees,” said Al Hodge, President of R&B Holdings. Gift cards were presented as tokens of appreciation to recognize these 27 employees for their dedicated service and commitment to R&B and Monroe Mold.
“R&B Holdings fosters a quality work environment for all employees and respects the rights of employees to a safe and fulfilling work place. Employees’ longevity ranges from the 20-years up to 39-years of service,” he added.
“In addition, 75% of the R&B Engineering group has over 24-years of service. The Operation Managers at R&B and Monroe Mold have 24 and 30-years of service in their positions, respectively,” stated Hodge.
“We are grateful to the dedication of these and all employees at R&B Holdings. It is through these experience levels that our organizations are able to develop design and process-support solutions for our customers not available at other machinery manufacturers,” Hodge said.
